Victor is a Colorado Springs–based choreographer, director, and educator whose work bridges commercial performance and contemporary concert dance. They began their training with Colorado Jazz Dance Company under the direction of Zetta Alderman, cultivating a strong technical and stylistic foundation that continues to inform their creative voice.
Victor earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Arizona, with a minor in Biomechanics, bringing a deep understanding of movement efficiency and physical storytelling into their choreographic process. Immediately following graduation, they launched an eight-year performance career with Royal Caribbean Cruises, developing a versatile and dynamic presence across international stages.
Following a knee injury and successful rehabilitation, Victor transitioned into a leadership role with Celebrity Cruises, where they served as a director, training and mentoring professional dancers while shaping performance quality and artistic cohesion across productions.
As a choreographer, Victor creates work that is both physically driven and theatrically grounded, with an emphasis on musicality, narrative clarity, and performer authenticity. Their choreography has been presented by organizations including UA Dance, Royal Caribbean Dancers Presents, Sansara Contemporary Dance, and the Mile High Dance Festival. Their work for the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center has received multiple award nominations and honors, with credits including Hairspray, Working: A Musical, and Anyone Can Whistle.
Victor is passionate about collaborating with artists at all levels and brings a process-oriented, artist-centered approach to each creative residency. They are excited to continue building connections within the Colorado arts community and beyond as a guest choreographer and educator.
