VIctor Ayers is our Founder and Artistic Director.
A Colorado Springs Native, Victor spent their formative training years in the Colorado Jazz Dance Company under the direction and tutelage of Zetta Alderman. After graduating from James Irwin Charter high School, Victor continued their dance education at The University of Arizona where they graduated with their Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance with a minor in Bio-Mechanics. Victor walked out of University and directly into their first contract as a performer for Royal Caribbean Cruises. Victor performed with RCCL for eight years before coming home to Colorado due to injury. After surgery and rehabilitation for their knee injury, Victor returned to the cruise ship industry as a Director for Celebrity Cruises. Where they trained, taught, and honed professional dancers for two years.
Victor is not only an accomplished performer but also, an accomplished creator. Victor's work has been showcased by many organizations including UA Dance, Royal Caribbean Dancers Presents, Sansara Contemporary Dance, and Cleo Parker Robinson’s Mile High Dance Festival. Their choreography for the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center has been nominated and won many awards and includes shows such as Hairspray, Working: A Musical, and Anyone Can Whistle.
They look forward to the opportunity to sharing their art/prospective with new artists and reintroduce themself into the Colorado arts community.
